What comes inside the JoJo's Bow Club box?

Every JoJo’s Bow Club membership box comes with an exclusive bow that comes inside a collectible storage bag, only available to JoJo’s Bow Club members. JoJo’s Bow Club members will also get a limited edition pin, numbered for each month’s design.

United Kingdom Membership Info

We’re so excited to offer JoJo’s Bow Club membership to the United Kingdom!

All UK subscribers that join before January 1st will qualify to receive the Edition #3 JoJo’s Bow Club Box.

Shipments will begin in early January 2018.

UK subscribers will be required to pay for international shipping and import fees upon checkout.

All purchases will be charged in USD at the current exchange rate. Foreign transaction fees may apply.

NOTE: This is a monthly subscription purchase that automatically renews each month.

Who created JoJo's Bow Club?

JoJo’s Bow Club is brought to you by H.E.R. Accessories, the #1 makers of JoJo Siwa bows (the same exact bows that JoJo wears!)

Can I buy these bows in stores?

Nope! JoJo’s Bow Club features exclusive bow designs that are created specifically for club members and are NOT available anywhere else.

How does my membership work?

Each JoJo’s Bow Club Membership is a recurring subscription that will ship a brand new exclusive JoJo Siwa Signature bow to your door each month.

You will be charged for your first box upon checkout, and it will ship on the specified date. Our first edition is scheduled to ship on November 1st, 2017, so get your order in before it’s too late!

You will be billed for each new box on the first of each month, and will be notified via email when the charge will occur and when the bow is ready to ship.
There is no obligation and you modify or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal.

When will my order ship?

If you place your first order between the 1st and the 15th of the month, your order will ship out on the 15th.

If you order after the 15th of the month, your box should ship within 3-5 business days.

All subsequent boxes will ship out on the 15h of each the month (or the nearest business day) as part of your subscription plan.

The credit card on your account will be charged on the 15th day of each month  and you will receive a notification 1 day before the charge is made.

How often will I receive my JoJo's Bow Club box?

JoJo’s Bow Club is a monthly subscription service. You will receive a box with a brand new exclusive bow every month. Your first box will ship on the next closest ship date from when you placed your order. We typically ship on the 1st of each month. Your next box will ship on the 1st day of the month after that.

For example, if you place your first oder on October 15th, your first box will ship on November 1st. Your second box will ship on December 1st, third box on January 1st, etc.

Does JoJo's Bow Club offer international shipping?

We currently only ship to addresses within the USA, but are working on expanding to new countries. Stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

Each box ships at a flat rate of $4.99 within the USA.

How long does shipping take?

You will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box should arrive within 1 to 5 business days.

When will I be billed for my recurring subscription?

At signup, you will be charged $14.99+4.99(s/h) for your monthly membership. The plan is set to automatically bill your account on the 7th of each month, when your new bow is ready to ship.

In what currency will I be charged?

All orders on JoJosBowClub.com are processed in U.S. dollars.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

I Just Joined JoJo's Bow Club! How Do I Manage My Account and Subscription?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a Customer Account Activation email to the email address you provided upon checkout.

Next, follow these steps:

  • Create account using the Customer Account Activation email from Shopify. This will be sent to the email address you entered upon checkout
  • Log in to Shopify from our home page – You will then see your account information and orders.
  • Click “Manage Subscription” and then you will be taken to the Manage Subscription page where you can make changes to your JoJo’s Bow Club membership.

Can I order more than 1 subscription?

Yes!

To order another subscription, simply visit our home page and complete the checkout process. Your new subscription will be added to your existing account, which can be managed on the Manage Subscriptions page.

Can I give a JoJo's Bow Club membership as a gift?

Sure!

Simply go through the checkout process and add your gift-recipient’s address as the delivery address. You will be able to manage their account and subscription details using your email address.

How do I manage my payment options?

In order to change your credit card information, log into your account, click Manage Subscription, then Billing Information and then click edit.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you have to cancel your subscription, log in to your account, click on Manage Subscription then click Cancel Subscription, and you’re all set! This will cancel all future shipments and charges of your membership. Subscription plans can be cancelled between box shipments, as long as your account has not been charged yet.

Help! I created an order by accident and need to cancel.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please log in to your account (be sure to activate your account first), go to Manage Account and then click “cancel subscription.” This will cancel all future orders. If you need your initial order refunded, please contact use at jojosbowclub@heracc.com.

How do I change my delivery address?

Log in to your JoJo’s Bow Club account, if this is your first time logging in, click “Manage Subscriptions” otherwise you will be taken directly to the Manage Subscriptions page. Here you can change your delivery address, credit card information, cancel your account and more.

Help! An item arrived broken or damaged in my JoJo's Bow Club subscription box!

I Don't like the style of my bow, can I return it?

At this point we only accept exchanges on defective items. We work really hard to make sure every bow is fabulous. If for some reason you don’t like the style of a bow, please let us know by contacting jojosbowclub@heracc.com and include any ideas you may have for a future design. Who knows? Maybe your design will be included in the next box!
